Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow freedom of movement. Leggings, joggers, or shorts with a t-shirt work well. Bare feet or grippy socks are best for Pilates - no trainers needed.
All Pilates equipment is provided at both our Redditch studio locations. Just bring a bottle of water. You're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer, but we have plenty available for all participants.
Booking is usually done in blocks as this is the best way to get the most out of your Pilates practice. If, however, you would prefer to book individual classes or are unable to commit to a full block then 1 off class bookings are available.
